·  Works as a part of the Waterfront Support Team under the NMCI contract at Norfolk Naval Shipyard to provide IT support to U.S.  Navy personnel and government employees.

·   Assists customers with troubleshooting of network outages to determine cause of network fault and make an on-site repair.
